I wanted to thank you and your wider team for the continued partnership between TOPs and Somerset SCITT. The impact on our provision and the trainees has been significant. Trainees are receiving high quality, expectations and strong modelling and scaffolding whilst being challenged and supported in equal measure. The organisation and commitment to this partnership reflects at every level.

From the outset, your commitment to ensuring the children of the school community were supported in a way that ensured they received stability and reliability has been unwavering. Through regular and open communication, we were able to work closely together to provide a bespoke package, tailored to the needs of an incredibly vulnerable community with a very dedicated teaching team whose fragility, though initially a risk for us as a school improvement service, became a strength under your team’s guidance and support. Not only have the children benefited from the support you provided, but we have seen staff with hidden potential blossom and those in need of intensive additional support receive it. Thank you for your commitment and dedication throughout the last term and half and for continually working with our LA colleagues to stabilise and move forward a school very much in need .
