The Trust Executive Business Manager, CEO and Trust Directors of the Oak Partnership are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to build on our existing HR systems and implement their own strategic vision.
What are we looking for?
- An experienced Human Resources Manager to lead on all HR functions across a Special School (both Primary and Secondary site) as well as three Primary Schools;
- An ability to maintain the management of employment matters in collaboration with our Strategic Safeguarding Lead;
- The ability to lead and advise on: contractual matters, recruitment processes, disciplinary/grievance, investigations, sickness and general personnel matters;
- A Passion for collaborating with the wider operations team and the Executive Team, where appropriate;
- Someone who can demonstrate an awareness of safer recruitment and compliance practices and how important these are within an educational environment;
- Experience of processing payroll, pensions and resolving general enquiries;
- Confidence to line manage small teams
